I have, on 2 separate occasions called the VA Crisis Line to ask for help, only to be told…”Take a deep breath and count to 10” and “We feel for you”! BUT, there is nothing they can do.

Michael, I don't believe we have any documentation on PMR, but I will do some digging, but log in and go to the document library and click on search, enter in a small description and see if any thing pops up.'

Good Morning VFC,
I am a Marine veteran who was serving as a Personnel Officer at MCAS El Toro attached to MWSG-37 in '78-'79. I am appealing a VA decision for service connection for Polymyalgia Rheumatica/Card iomyopathy due to exposure to TCE. My VA Cardiologist wrote a Nexus letter stating that the Cardiomyopathy is directly related to PMR. The VA denies that PMR is a legitimate condition. Does any veteran out there have any ideas or documents to add bite to my appeal? Any help would be appreciated.
SF,
Michael J. Rawlings USMCR
