I live in mid-Michigan ,and just don`t get it .The local TV channel ran a story about a disabled vet. that needed to ride his three wheeled bike about 20 miles to the VA hospital ,and could use some help. My question is why can`t The V.A. transport him---espescially since they transport the V.A. employees longer distances than that on a daily baisis?
