Today we honor John Clark of Chicago, Illinois, who passed away in 2006. Today would have been his birthday. He is remembered by his neice and Goddaughter, Linda:
"Uncle John served in Viet Nam from August 11, 1966 until August 1967. He landed in country on his 18th birthday. He was a very brave man, but unfortunately, forever changed by the ravages of war. Uncle John was the recipient of the Bronze Star and served in the area known as the Iron Triangle. He was and is very much loved by all of his family."
