1st Battalion, 187th Infantry Regiment, 3 BCT, suffered a tragic loss last Thursday evening, July 24th, 2014. A vehicle accident during training at JRTC and Fort Polk, claimed the life of Sgt. Tyler Zody. Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family and friends.
We will celebrate the life and accomplishments of our fallen comrade in a memorial ceremony at Liberty Chapel (3111 Bastogne Ave. Fort Campbell, KY) tentatively scheduled on Thursday, August 14th at 3:00 pm. Please keep the Zody family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
